These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Ciao Giulia and the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. By booking or purchasing one of our products or services, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms.
1.3 Liability
Ciao Giulia is not liable for indirect damage, loss, or costs caused by delays, cancellations, force majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, epidemics, pandemics), technical failures, or actions of third parties (such as local partners or transport providers). Ciao Giulia undertakes to make all reasonable efforts to execute the planned services correctly.

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after completion of the service. Belgian law exclusively applies to all disputes, and the courts of the registered office have sole jurisdiction.
Ciao Giulia collaborates with the licensed travel agency Go For Cruise for the organization and sale of its group trips. All bookings and payments are made directly through Go For Cruise, which holds the required licenses and insurance coverage. Ciao Giulia is solely responsible for marketing and communication.
1.5 Payment Terms
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. After each booking, the customer receives an invoice or payment request. A booking is only final once the (deposit) payment has been received. Full payment must be made at least 60 days before departure or delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Group tours to Italy
2.1 Booking and Payment
A. Cooperation with a Licensed Travel Agency
Ciao Giulia acts as an intermediary and marketing partner for the licensed travel agency Go For Cruise, which holds all required licenses, insurance, and affiliations with the competent authorities (including the VVR and the Travel Guarantee Fund).

All bookings, payments, and administrative processing are handled directly by Go For Cruise. Ciao Giulia is not the organizer or seller of the trip but merely refers interested travelers to Go For Cruise, which acts as the official tour operator.
B. Bookings and Payments
Travelers book their trips directly through the website or contact channels of Go For Cruise. If a booking is initiated via the Ciao Giulia website, travelers are immediately redirected to Go For Cruise.
All payments are made directly to Go For Cruise. Ciao Giulia does not receive any payments or deposits from travelers and does not issue invoices to customers for travel services.
Group trips can be booked through the official channels of www.goforcruise.be. After confirmation, the customer will receive an invoice for the deposit (usually 50% of the total price). The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to departure. In case of non-payment, Go For Cruise reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
C. Liability
As Go For Cruise is the official tour operator, it is solely responsible for the proper execution of the booked trip, including compliance with all legal provisions regarding package travel and linked travel arrangements.
Ciao Giulia cannot be held liable for any changes, cancellations, errors, or shortcomings in the execution of the travel agreement.
D. Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints regarding the execution of the trip must be addressed directly to Go For Cruise, in accordance with their own general terms and conditions.
For complaints concerning Ciao Giulia’s services (such as communication or promotion), every effort will be made to reach an amicable settlement. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after completion of the relevant service.
All disputes are governed exclusively by Belgian law, and the courts of the registered office of Go For Cruise have sole jurisdiction.

The cancellation conditions apply in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Go For Cruise.
We strongly recommend taking out a cancellation insurance policy.

Since the product is custom-made:
- After the start of development, the deposit is non-refundable
- After full delivery, no refunds are possible, regardless of whether the guide/trip is used
4.5 Bookings & Third Parties
When Ciao Giulia makes bookings with external providers (e.g., hotels, transport, activities), it does so on behalf of and for the account of the customer. Ciao Giulia is not liable for cancellations, changes, quality, or performance by these third parties. Any issues must be resolved directly with them.
