How do we work?

1. Getting to know each other

We start with an online meeting to get to know each other better and align your wishes and expectations. You can easily schedule this meeting via our online calendar below.

Tip: Use the notes box to briefly share what you’re looking for and which destination(s) you have in mind.

Based on our first meeting, I will start working on the first draft of your travel guide. I will take into account:

  • Your specific wishes and interests
  • Your personal travel pace and budget
  • Unique and local experiences
  • Practical tips for a worry-free trip

You will receive this first draft digitally within the agreed timeframe, giving you an initial impression of what your trip will look like.

Your input matters! After reviewing the first draft, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback. Maybe you want to add an extra activity, explore a specific region more deeply, or adjust the balance between relaxation and adventure.

I’ll revise the design based on your comments to ensure it perfectly fits your wishes. This feedback can be shared via email or through a second online meeting.

When everything is to your satisfaction, you will receive the final version of your travel guide in your preferred format:

  • A digital travel guide (PDF) with all the details, including routes, highlights, and insider tips.
  • Coming soon: A printed version of the travel guide, so you can easily take it with you on your trip.

Now all that’s left is to pack your bags and enjoy a carefree and unique journey!
